In più la dirigente ha chiesto ai compagni di classe di non fare sapere al ragazzo le date delle gite in programmazione, motivando tale richiesta con la scarsa capacità del giovane disabile di apprendere a causa della sua infermità genetica. Un comportamento cui ha fatto da contraltare la significativa reazione dei compagni di classe del ragazzo down.
